"The staff/ salesmen of this pharmacy are discourteous, rude and lack manners as to how to talk to customers. They try to mislead and trick customers by denying them realisation of any reward points. Even when you are paying them by non-vash methods, they would press for hurry, as though they are doing a favour to the customer, by accepting payments. Disgusting & disappointing experience."

I did that too. It's now 7 days past and I have not got refund. There direct number mentioned on bill is incorrect. I tried the toll free number and waiting in queue for last 15 mins."
